Shahzeb oversees the Argyle India team and has extensive experience in professional recruiting for investment banking and venture capital clients.

Apoorv has 10+ years of experience across management consulting and operations strategy. Before joining Guild in 2017, he served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Rivigo, Vice President of Business at Paytm, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., and Consultant of Strategy and Operations at Deloitte. He also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of PurplTree.
Before forming Guild Capital in 2009, Iain was a venture capitalist with Technology Crossover Ventures in Palo Alto, California for six years. Prior to venture capital, Iain was a management consultant with Bain & Company.
