The Guild+Atidiv associate role is designed to provide early leadership opportunities and is a stepping stone for an individual to develop founder skill-set such as business development, client management, hiring and retaining top talent, and investor relations.
Investing role
- Actively source and diligence investment opportunities, based on Guild’s investment thesis
- Build financial models through analysis of market, business model, management quality and business traction
- Support deal execution through creation of investor materials
- Actively monitor portfolio companies including financial and operating performance, provide strategic value-add in and formulate exit strategies
Operating role (at Atidiv – a Guild-owned portfolio company)
- Own P&L for the Media operations vertical of Atidiv and lead day to day operations for the business unit
- Provide a strategic communication layer between the operating team and the customer
- Work directly with the senior management to drive sales and revenue growth for the vertical
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to create products within the marketing domain (e.g. media spend attribution models, CAC reduction models, ad spend optimizers)
- Lead a team of ~40 comprising of Director, Creative Director, Performance Marketing specialists and Media specialists
- Develop partnership strategy, build BD roadmap and own client relationship from execution to farming
- Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external to the company
