The Director of Operations will help scale our end-to-end operations to ensure O POSITIV can continue to grow rapidly and deliver fantastic customer outcomes.

The role will include supply chain strategic planning and management across inventory & logistics, manufacturing & packaging, and procurement as well as occasional collaboration with our customer support team. The role reports to the COO (ex-Bain) and will work cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven and analytical, skilled in developing business relationships, and have a passion for or experience in operations. S/he should be highly detail-oriented and able to see and build the bigger picture for an exciting future.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Inventory & Logistics:

• Support demand / supply planning for O POSITIV’s product portfolio
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment and shipping cost, speed, and consistency
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL including inventory tracking, SLAs, and delivery scheduling
• Refine operational metrics and reporting and use data driven analytics to improve decision-making○ Support demand /

2. Manufacturing & Packaging:

• Manage post purchase order submission process including tracking, freight, quality testing, and SLAs
• Manage quality and compliance processes, including supplier audits

3. Procurement:

• Manage the sourcing and purchasing of inputs for O POSITIV’s product portfolio
• Identify additional suppliers, manufacturers, and packagers
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost

4. Customer Support

• Help track customer support performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare the customer support team for new product launches
• Help refine existing and develop new processes to deliver an exceptional customer sales / service experience
